Mesothelioma Case Filed by Couple Lists 58 Companies

Asbestos was generally used in different kinds of products generally because of its fireproofing and insulating capabilities. All types of machinery and equipment within companies needed to be perfectly insulated and generally fireproof due to the prevailing extremely very hot temperatures that are created by large scale production in most cases prior to the 80s. Asbestos was really inexpensive and a very ideal material that can be used for this purposes. Asbestos exposure in California known to cause very serious health conditions. Hinton.It is to be noted that according to the said suit which was filed on July 7, 2010, Mr. Hinton was initially diagnosed with malignant mesothelioma, a rare type of cancer absolutely caused by the high exposure to asbestos. At sometime in the past, the companies listed in the suit have either used or manufactured asbestos-containing materials.

Mr. Hinton and his wife are looking for a jury trial for the settlement of all general issues that are related to their said suit. He was employed as an operator in South Charleston by Union Carbide. The 58 defendant companies are being perfectly sued for the negligence, contaminated buildings, and breach of expressed/implied warranty, strict liability, intentional tort, conspiracy, misrepresentations, and post-sale duty to warn and create mesothelioma risk at California.
