Mr. Hinton and his wife are looking for a jury trial for the settlement of all general issues that are related to their said suit. He was employed as an operator in South Charleston by Union Carbide. The 58 defendant companies are being perfectly sued for the negligence, contaminated buildings, and breach of expressed/implied warranty, strict liability, intentional tort, conspiracy, misrepresentations, and post-sale duty to warn and create mesothelioma risk at California.
