A woman diagnosed with mesothelioma cancer, which is caused by exposure to asbestos, intended lawsuit to the company who hired her as a secretary at Union Asbestos and Rubber Co., back in the `60. During her employment at the Unison Asbestos, Jayne Menssen claimed that she contracted this rare form of cancer after being exposed to asbestos trough the nature of her job.
